USC Mock Trial Semi-Final Win

Congratulations to University Senior College Year 11 Legal Studies students for their win against Botanic High School in the semi-final of the Law Society’s Mock Trial Competition. University Senior College was representing the Applicant who allegedly caught Legionnaire’s Disease while in hospital for elective surgery. University Senior College was successful in proving that the hospital was negligent in the construction and maintenance of the air-conditioning system and that this caused the applicant’s illness.
