Congratulations to the 2021 USC Graduates

Council and staff are delighted to announce the excellent South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) results achieved by the University Senior College Class of 2021. The students and their families can feel proud that their hard work and dedication has generated wonderful outcomes.

Class of 2016 Reunion

The Class of 2016 Reunion was held at Hotel Richmond on Friday 15 October 2021. The night was a great success with fifty five Old Scholars attending, along with current staff, Bob Holloway, (previous Principal) and Murray Thompson (previous Deputy Principal). One of the USC Old Scholars’ Association goals moving into the coming year is to continue to deliver reunions and other events for Old Scholars to facilitate engagement and connection amongst Old Scholar networks. 2022 Reunion information will be placed on our USC website under Old Scholar Reunions during February 2022.

Justice Artist Residency 2021 Launch

On Tuesday 19 October the Justice Artist in Residency Project was launched in Francis Street Laneway, Adelaide. The Exhibition was opened by the Deputy Lord Mayor, Mary Couros in front of USC Year 10 students (involved in the project), Dr Daniel Connell, Artist, representatives from the Adelaide City Council, Lynne Moten, Service Learning Consultant, Anita Zocchi, Principal, staff and parents.

Year 12 Career Advisory Sessions

Creative Writing

Year 11 and 12 USC students, accompanied by Elly Pfitzner, attended a dynamic creative writing workshop held by The University of Adelaide’s Faculty of Arts. The workshop provided students with opportunities to refine their writing skills and work alongside Arts faculty. The session was well received and students thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
