Mock Trial Competition - Round 2 Recap

Our Year 11 Legal studies students stepped into the courtroom for the second round of the Mock Trial Competition, hosted by the Law Society of SA. Held at the Sir Samuel Way Building, they presented well-structured arguments, gained valuable courtroom experience, and displayed outstanding teamwork - securing a well-earned victory.
The trial involved a criminal matter regarding dangerous driving and the USC team was the prosecution. Students won the trial round and the case proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was guilty.
Congratulations to our team on this fantastic achievement!
