Push the Pedal Walking Club

Walking Club

Walking is one of the easiest and most effective ways to exercise. With this in mind, the ‘Push the Pedal Walking Club’ at USC promotes valuable exercise and physical fitness. Regular physical activity, including walking, helps students and staff stay fit and healthy. It can also help relieve stress, boost energy, increase concentration, focus and raise academic performance.
On the past two Sunday mornings, students and staff at USC welcomed the opportunity to walk and talk. The first walk was at Morialta Conservation Park, where 30 students, family members and staff participated. The second hike took place at Belair National Park with 27 people participating.
Our next walk will be on Sunday 31 March. The destination and the map of the route will be advertised prior to the walk.
Stay tuned!
