Year 11 Mock Trial

University Senior College Year 11 Legal Studies students had the chance to sharpen their legal advocacy skills in a legal setting, by running a Mock Trial in the Adelaide Law School Moot Court. The students put forth legal arguments for the prosecution and defence parties, in relation to a criminal case where the accused, Kendall George, allegedly breached the Fisheries Management Act 2007. Stage 2 Legal Studies students formed a judicial bench and presided over the matter, providing the students with constructive feedback and guidance.
