Our staff will guide you to make the right subject choices for Year 11 and Year 12, ensuring you’ve met any prerequisites or assumed knowledge for the courses you wish to study at University.

We can also put you in touch with University staff to discuss the specifics of your study options and help you explore different ways to get to your study or career goal.

University Senior College aims to provide a transition from secondary schooling to University. With this in mind, career assistance provided to students at USC has the primary focus of providing information about undergraduate programs at university.

A student who meets the academic requirements of USC will have the unique opportunity to graduate with a guaranteed entry to The University of Adelaide, through a Partner’s Pathway offer to a wide variety of Bachelor programs.

USC staff also assist students in further research using the various resources available. Staff can assist students with appropriate subject choices to ensure they will meet the pre-requisite and assumed knowledge requirements for University entrance. In addition students who need individual support in choosing suitable career pathways can make an appointment to discuss their individual situation. This may include undertaking a Vocational Interest Questionnaire (VIQ) to highlight possible career options.
