'The Odd Couple' Book Launch
University Senior College students attended the book launch for the booked titled ‘The Odd Couple’; The Australia-America Relationship and was a conversation between the author Allan Behm and Senator Hanson-Young. The launch focused on active diplomacy, the state of politics in America and what Australia can do in response and in our own self-interest.
SALA Exhibition 2024
One of the highlights of this year’s University Senior College’s annual SALA exhibition is a large, collaborative piece by our Year 10 students, inspired by the renowned Surrealist Salvador Dalí. Alongside this stunning work, dynamic characters created by both the Year 10 cohort and our CDW/Flinders Extension Studies class are also on display. The exhibition concludes with breathtaking fashion pieces crafted by our skilled and dedicated students.
The Bear
‘The Bear’ was Zoe’s a Year 10 student at University Senior College directorial debut and was part of her Exploring Identities and Future passion project. The play was executed wonderfully, with a cast of three. Zoe also made props to use on the stage and drew the artwork seen on the program. Zoe hoped audience members would ‘fall in love with Chekhov’s exploration of melodramatic audacity, comical emotional turmoil, and theatrical metamorphosis – just as she has’. And we did indeed!

University Senior College Year 11 English Literary Studies class debated who would be the best parent for a child character in their class novel 'The Light Between Oceans.'
