World Challenge: Borneo

Year 10 and 11 students, accompanied by David Place and Elly Pfitzner, endeavoured on the adventure of a lifetime to Borneo on a World Challenge trip at the end of 2023. The students went on this trip to develop their leadership skills, resilience, cross-cultural understanding, and awareness of conservation practices. For 22 days, students had various experiences, including camping, trekking and the community project, where they harvested rice, cleaned rubbish from the jungle and cleared new tracks to a nearby waterfall.  It was an amazing and life changing experience for all.
