USC Stage 1 Earth and Environmental Science students recently explored the geological wonders of Hallett Cove, South Australia—an incredible site spanning over 600 million years of Earth's history. During the excursion, students engaged in hands-on learning, examining the geological clues within the rocks to uncover the area's fascinating story. They observed evidence of ancient glaciers and the ongoing impact of erosion, gaining insight into the dynamic processes that have shaped the landscape over time. This immersive experience enhanced their academic journey, broadening their understanding of Earth and Environmental Science.
