Mock Trial Competition Winners - Round 3

Congratulations to University Senior College Year 11 Legal Studies students who won Round 3 of the Law Society’s Mock Trial Competition against Walford College. University Senior College was representing Ms Bobbie Bodkin who was being sued in negligence after an entrant slipped and fell in her restaurant. Although the restaurant owner was found negligent, University Senior College won the round by 10 points.
