Out of the Shadows: USC Sea to City Walk on World Suicide Prevention Day

USC Sea to City Walk on World Suicide Prevention Day

USC Sea to City walk was a rewarding experience that helped raise awareness to prevent further suicide.

During our walk along Linear Park we witnessed horses, the sunrise, and the beauty of nature. This allowed us to connect within ourselves and to appreciate the world we live in.

As a group, we recognised that everyone plays a huge role in supporting each other. Therefore, we walked for those who have lost their battle and for others, who have been affected by suicide whilst raising funds for Lifeline. The USC community, family and friends, raised over $700 dollars.
