Parent Night – Surviving the Senior Years of Education - POSTPONED

Parent Night Information

**PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE**

USC invites parents and caregivers to attend our next parent information session featuring clinical psychologist, Dr Tom Nehmy, on Thursday 2 April from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The seminar will cover the key considerations for surviving and thriving in the senior years of secondary education. Topics will include; the crossover point between healthy achievement striving and unhelpful perfectionism, effective stress management, the six key components to Wellbeing, sleep habits, effective study habits, and more.

All Year 10, 11 and 12 parents are welcome to attend. Families are welcome to share the registration link with other interested parents. We simply ask that they register independently.
