Law Society Mock Trial competition 2024 - Round 1

Congratulations to University Senior College Year 11 and 12 students who won Round 1 of the Law Society Mock Trial competition against Adelaide Botanic High School. The students were advocating as the Defence for Jo Smith who had been accused of serious criminal trespass and theft under the Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 (SA). Their advocacy led to a not guilty verdict and points for winning Round 1.
